Emaldo and CheckWatt Strengthen Their Partnership Through a Cooperation Agreement

Following the conclusion of the regulatory process, Swedish authorities have announced that Emaldo’s proposed acquisition of CheckWatt will not be approved, as CheckWatt’s operations are considered part of Sweden’s critical infrastructure.
